Spring is here, spring is here!

Spring is finally here - or at least it really feels like it today! Sun is out, we've brewed our first pot of iced coffee, and we're starting to think about setting up the patio. Perhaps we're getting a little ahead of ourselves, as it's only March 8th. But that doesn't mean we can think about those delish flavors that come from the patio grill - steak, chicken, grilled vegetables fresh from the garden, it's the best time of year! To help get you in the mood, we have a recipe that will get you thinking about all those great grill tastes, but for now, will still taste just as good in the kitchen. On Mass Appeal last week, our Executive Chef Greg Monette put together a Mu Shu Fajita - an  interesting spin on a classic Mexican dish. Check it out, try it for your self, and let us know what you think!

All Things Chocolate

Wine, Food, and Jazz Tasting
Friday, February 3
6 pm - 9 pm with Live music by Espresso Jazz
$40.00 per person plus tax and gratuity

One of the year's most popular and inventive wine tastings that Chandler's has to offer. Chocolate is of course, the theme for this month's pairings and will be featured in every dish. From the subtle nuance that chocolate adds to braised and roasted meats and delicate fish to the supreme indulgence found in a big bowl of chocolate fondue, you will be pleasantly surprised by chocolate's versatility.

All wines are Robert Mondavi Private Selections. Mondavi regularly supports the American Heart Association, what better month to feature their varietals than when we GO Red!

Pinot Grigio- Enticing aroma of fresh, ripe pears with appealing peach, vanilla, and spice scents; with a round, creamy palate and crisp entry, it has the typical tonic water, pear, and floral grassy flavors that culminate into a lush, silk-textured finish

Savory Chicken Crepes with 5 pepper toasted almond chocolate sauce

Chardonnay- Concentrated flavors and aromas reveal lemon blossom, pineapple, and peach with smoky oak nuances along with enticing vanilla spice and toasty brown sugar

Sugar pumpkin bisque & cocoa guimauve (chocolate marshmallows)

Riesling- Rich and full bodied with fresh honeysuckle, ripe peach and citrus blossom

Cocoa & Coffee Dusted Steak Tips and Sweet Potato Swirl

Merlot- Full blackberry, currant, and plum nose with flavors in the dark fruit range; big and bold with lots of smoky, toasty oak

Market Fresh White Fish & White Chocolate Vanilla Cream

Zinfandel- Zesty and fruity with aromas of rich, lively blackberry, blueberry, and black raspberry fruit with hints of enticing black pepper

Meritage- Offers lavish dark plum, black cherry, and blackberry aromas along with a velvety texture and impressively long and enhanced tannins

Chocolate Fondue featuring fresh fruit, cheeses, pretzels, marshmallows, and of course bacon
