One of the year's most popular
and inventive wine tastings that Chandler 's has to offer. Chocolate is of
course, the theme for this month's pairings and will be featured in every dish.
From the subtle nuance that chocolate adds to braised and roasted meats and
delicate fish to the supreme indulgence found in a big bowl of chocolate fondue,
you will be pleasantly surprised by chocolate's versatility.
All wines are Robert Mondavi
Private Selections. Mondavi regularly supports the American Heart Association,
what better month to feature their varietals than when we GO Red!
