All Things Chocolate

Wine, Food, and Jazz Tasting
Friday, February 3
6 pm - 9 pm with Live music by Espresso Jazz
$40.00 per person plus tax and gratuity

One of the year's most popular and inventive wine tastings that Chandler's has to offer. Chocolate is of course, the theme for this month's pairings and will be featured in every dish. From the subtle nuance that chocolate adds to braised and roasted meats and delicate fish to the supreme indulgence found in a big bowl of chocolate fondue, you will be pleasantly surprised by chocolate's versatility.

All wines are Robert Mondavi Private Selections. Mondavi regularly supports the American Heart Association, what better month to feature their varietals than when we GO Red!

Pinot Grigio- Enticing aroma of fresh, ripe pears with appealing peach, vanilla, and spice scents; with a round, creamy palate and crisp entry, it has the typical tonic water, pear, and floral grassy flavors that culminate into a lush, silk-textured finish

Savory Chicken Crepes with 5 pepper toasted almond chocolate sauce

Chardonnay- Concentrated flavors and aromas reveal lemon blossom, pineapple, and peach with smoky oak nuances along with enticing vanilla spice and toasty brown sugar
